Located in the Central Business District of New Orleans, this office building was designed to house the headquarters for Prospect New Orleans, coordinators of the city’s first international biennial for contemporary art.  In the same way that Prospect seeks to distribute art throughout the city, the headquarters is designed to distribute art throughout the building. A central circulation core is utilized as a vertical gallery space linking all work spaces to a creative core.
